Terms & Conditions
Commercial terms, measurement policies, advance schedules, and installation agreements of Kela Shakti Traders (KST India).
1. Site Survey & Measurement
Preliminary measurements provided online or over phone are considered estimates only. Final manufacturing is executed solely based on physical measurements recorded on-site by KST India certified technicians after plastering/granite coping is complete.
2. Payment Schedule
Standard payment terms for custom UPVC and architectural glass manufacturing require a 50% mobilization advance upon order confirmation, 40% upon dispatch from our Firozabad facility, and the balance 10% upon satisfactory final installation and handover.
3. Delivery & Installation Timeline
Standard manufacturing requires 7 to 14 business days from the receipt of advance payment and final site clearance. Installation timeline may vary based on site accessibility, power availability, and weather conditions.
4. Jurisdiction
All contracts and commercial transactions are subject exclusively to the legal jurisdiction of the courts of Firozabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
