10-Year Comprehensive Warranty Policy

1. UPVC Profile Guarantee (10 Years)

We warrant that our virgin multi-chamber UPVC profiles will not discolor, yellow, crack, or deform under ordinary atmospheric conditions and intense Indian solar radiation for a full period of 10 years from the date of final installation.

2. Hardware & Moving Mechanisms (3 - 5 Years)

All precision hardware components—including multi-point locking rods, stainless steel friction stays (SS 304), touch locks, heavy-duty rollers, and brass handles—are warranted against manufacturing defects and mechanical seizure for 3 to 5 years depending on the selected hardware tier (Standard vs Premium German).

3. Toughened Glass & Double Glazed Units (5 Years)

All double glazed units (DGU) fabricated by KST India are hermetically sealed with molecular sieves and polysulphide. We guarantee zero internal condensation, moisture ingress, or seal failure for 5 years.

4. How to Claim Warranty Service

To initiate a warranty service inspection, simply contact our Firozabad support desk with your invoice number or registered phone number. A certified service technician will be dispatched to your premises within 48 to 72 business hours.
